It removes the finished flooring question and adds an access one. There is nothing to replace down there except insulation and any vapor barrier, both of which are removal rather than drying, but equipment has to be set and monitored in a confined space. Ask for the crawl as its own figure.
Does a failure on the well side get treated differently?
The work does not change: water is water once it is in the structure. The coverage question can differ, because equipment outside the dwelling and the dwelling itself are sometimes handled under different parts of a policy. What applies to a particular property is for the carrier and the adjuster to establish.
