Water Damage Restoration
Storm & Flood Damage Recovery
Water that arrived from outside prices like any other loss and is usually treated differently by a policy. Both halves matter to the homeowner.
Available through independent local providers in 57 cities across 1 states.
Every figure is written on site, after the readings - never over the phone.
What it is
Recovery from water that arrived from outside - runoff over a threshold, a saturated window well, water forced in during a heavy cell. The work resembles any other water loss; the coverage question behind it usually does not.
When it is needed
After runoff, hail-driven rain or a snowmelt week has put water inside the building envelope. Front Range storms tend to be short and intense, so the volume arrives faster than drainage can take it and the entry point is often obvious after the fact.
What it typically involves
Standing water out, affected material assessed for category because outside water rarely arrives clean, porous contents and finishes removed where contamination or saturation rules out drying, then the same measured drying as any other loss. Cost-wise the difference from an internal loss is usually the proportion scheduled for removal rather than the drying itself.
